The planned building tightens the contour defined by the front and side gardens, which offers extremely exciting shaping options that enhance the sculptural look. The fractured mass in itself is a strong architectural inspiration, so the appearance of the facade and the choice of materials are subdued: the white plaster around gives the character, but the facade exits the axial system. The mirrored structure on each floor and the internal terraces of different depths give the vivacity of the facade system. The apartments are approached from a canyon cut in the middle of the block. The vertical transport core provides access to the entrance through bridge-like corridors: the paths widen in front of the front doors, giving room for plants and seating. The interior thus looks different from the appearance of the exterior’s large elements: the corridors that run slightly offset at each floor, the plants, and the semi-private areas in front of the entrances ensure a pleasant arrive home.
