The buildings of the castle garden show a dual image: besides the original old buildings (castle and small castle), the modern blocks of the MTA are also dominant. The new building is going to be the largest element of the park, which will inevitably increase the heterogeneity of the elements of the area.
The plan proposes a compact, homogeneous yet detailed building with its own distinctive architectural image, yet not becoming dominant in the park.
With a homogeneous appearance and a highly plastic facade, the new building seeks to counterbalance its size, which covers almost the entire deployment area. The functional program and the height restriction will result in a large building that will be dominant for the castle garden as a whole. The articulated façade is not only designed to counterbalance the compact mass, but all its elements serve sustainability.
