The planning area is characterized mainly by its historicizing and Art Nouveau features. It consists of residential buildings built approximately a 100 years ago, with some recently built residential buildings mixed with public institutions.

Each floor has 5-5 flats with different square footage, so it can meet different needs. The combination of steel and brick of the façade seeks to reinterpret the architectural elements of the turn of the century.
